Now starting with the main aim of this blog of sharing knowledge and experience I am going to start with the main topic i.e. Knowledge Management Strategies. In order to study it in depth we need to start from basic thing such as Define Knowledge Management.
Taking into account the innumerable sectors of industry such as Retail, IT etc developed in this century it is really difficult to define it. But I can surely discuss keeping into account its main aim that it is basically a bunch of strategies developed by an organization keeping into account all their resources available and their Budget for its own development and welfare.
What does Knowledge Management (KM) Strategies mean to you? I think you correct in exploring what KM is, but what is knowledge? Can you really capture knowledge? And what is Good knowledge? These questions are difficult to answer. However they are starting point for you to think about.
